Welcome to Alfresco's Records Management 101! In this course we will introduce you to the fundamentals of Records Management and end with the development of a File Plan which is the foundation of a well structured Records Management Program.
This is a preparation course from RM102 which is Alfresco's Records Management User Interface training. In Module 1 is Alfresco's Records Management Primer. We introduce to you the basics concepts and terminology of Records Management as well as the various roles within a Records Management system. in Module 2, Alfresco's Planning and Design of a Records Management Program we will walk through the concepts and thought process that goes into designing a comprehensive Records Management program.
Audience: Beginner Level Records Managers or Business Analysts
Important: You will have access to the course content for a full year from the date you enrolled. However, if you have a Virtual Machine assigned to the course, the VM will only be available for a total of 30 days from your enrollment. Ensure you complete all lab exercises within this window.
