This course will provide a technical foundation for using Apache Maven with Alfresco products.
This course will provide a technical foundation for using Apache Maven with Alfresco products. It will introduce key Maven concepts and provide the student with a Maven installation along with the basic skills and knowledge required to develop with Alfresco products using Maven.
This course is not intended as a replacement for Apache Maven training. The Alfresco SDK which is based on Maven will be covered in a separate course.

Applicability: This course is applicable from Apache Maven v3.0 to v3.6. It was written using v3.6.1 and was last modified on February 11, 2020.
This course presumes that the student is competent in the following activities:
- Software Installation
- Using the Command Line Interface (Terminal or PowerShell)
The student will require access to the following resource in order to complete this course:
- Workstation, Laptop, or Virtual Machine with installation capability
If the student is an Alfresco customer, it is recommended that the student have access to the following resource:
- Alfresco Maven Repository Credentials
