Prerequisite Knowledge

This course presumes that the student is competent with the following tools, technologies and concepts:

This course also presumes the student has taken the following Alfresco University course and has a working Docker installation.

For the purposes of this course, we will be making changes to files in the Share Docker container using vi. You can find a Wikibok on vi here.

If you are uncomfortable with vi, your other option is to download, edit, and re-upload each file that needs to be changed. The instructions will use vi, but you would use the following steps instead.

docker cp {containerId}:{filePathInContainer}/{file} .
# edit the file with your favorite editor
docker cp {file} {containerId}:{filePathInContainer}

Prerequisite Resources

The following ACS Lab Environment will be required to complete this course:

A valid Alfresco Content Services license is also required; this can be downloaded from the Alfresco Support Portal as part of your Alfresco Content Services subscription.

Quay.io credentials from Alfresco Support to deploy Alfresco Content Services Enterprise.
