Overview

This course will guide the student through a Docker-based deployment of Alfresco Content Services (ACS) using Amazon Web Services (AWS) S3 for storage. We will start with a pre-configured Docker Compose environment, continue with the configuration of an S3 Bucket using the AWS Console and end with the final configuration and start up of the environment.

What Will I Learn?

The learning objectives covered by this course are:

  • Creating an S3 Bucket in the AWS console
  • Setting up Access Rights to the S3 Bucket
  • Creating a custom Docker image containing the Alfresco Content Connector for AWS S3
  • Configuring the Docker Compose environment to use the S3 container
  • Using the custom Docker image in the Docker Compose environment

  • The Alfresco AWS S3 Connector AMP (alfresco-s3-connector-x.y.z.amp) available from Alfresco Support
