Overview

This course will guide the student through a Docker-based deployment of Alfresco Content Services (ACS) using Amazon Web Services (AWS) Glacier for archival storage. We will start with a pre-configured Docker Compose environment, continue with the configuration of S3 and Glacier using the AWS Console and end with the final configuration and start up of the environment.

What Will I Learn?

The learning objectives covered by this course are:

  • Creating an S3 Bucket in the AWS console
  • Setting up Access Rights to the S3 Bucket
  • Configuring Glacier in the AWS Console
  • Configuring Glacier in ACS Share using ACS Rules
  • Creating a custom Docker image containing the Alfresco Content Connector for AWS Glacier
  • Using the custom Docker image in the Docker Compose environment
