This course provides an overview of Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the context of Alfresco Content Services (ACS).
This course provides an overview of Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the context of Alfresco Content Services (ACS). It will cover the multitude of different products available from AWS that are used by ACS. It will have a particular focus on those services most commonly used: EC2, RDS, S3, and EKS.
- The pros and cons between cloud and on-premise deployments
- The impact of containers and container orchestration
- The purpose of each AWS product used by ACS
- The possible migration and deployment methodologies

This course presumes that the student is aware of the following technologies and their purposes. They do not need to have a high technical level of understand of each though.
It is recommended (not required) that the student complete the following course before starting this one.
